  • New Tattoo Clients
    All new clients will be charged new client prices if you are a new client to Jaime. She allows the same amount of time for every new client whether you have been previously tattooed or not. Your appointment will include a consultation discussing your desired outcome, brow mapping and pre-draw to ensure correct shape for each individual, pigment selection, numbing cream application, tattoo procedure and take home aftercare. If you have had your brows tattooed by another artist, please contact us first to ensure we can work over your brows before making an appointment. Please send your enquiry through to info@jaimeleebrowspecialist.com including photos of your current brows.
  • Booking Fee
    All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable booking fee. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. A 50% booking fee is required to hold and secure your appointment on all services other than cosmetic tattooing. For new client tattoo services, a booking fee of $200 is required to hold and secure your appointment and a booking fee of $100 is required for cosmetic tattooing touch up appointments.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling
    Please read and understand all information to ensure the service you have booked is the right treatment for you. You may reschedule your appointment however, we require 48 hours notice to any booking amendments. If you reschedule/cancel within 48 hours you will forfeit your booking fee. Amendments to your appointment must be made prior the the 48 hour period. Example: If you choose to remove a service from your appointment, this must be done prior to the 48 hour period or you will be charged for the full service you have booked. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour period of your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. You may reschedule your appointment once, if you need to reschedule again you will need to pay a new booking fee. Rescheduling your appointment is not available for promotions. If you do need to reschedule; the promotion price will be void.
  • Refunds
    There are no refunds given on booking fees or services rendered.
  • Bringing Children
    Unfortunately we cannot allow children, partners or friends into the treatment room. It is by law children cannot be unattended in these working areas and as you are being treated with closed eyes, we cannot allow this. Please understand your service will be cancelled if you bring children to your appointment and your booking fee forfeited.
  • Parking
    The clinic is located on the corner of High St and Warrs Avenue, Preston. All day parking is found on Warrs Avenue. You can also park along High St (1 hour parking) or down the side streets surrounding High St (1 & 2 hour parking options). The area can be busy at times so pleaseallow enough time to find parking and walk to the clinic. Please ensure that you arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you may not be seen as we run to a strict time schedule. Please allow enough travel/parking time.
